Revenue Coordinator (m/f/d)

You serve as the link between our (senior) revenue consultants and the operational side of the business. You ensure excellent data quality and crystal-clear analyses, and help to seamlessly implement smart strategies for our hotel clients across all systems.

We are looking for you to join our dynamic team in Berlin as a Revenue Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
  • Pricing & Channel Management:
    You will assist with maintaining and monitoring prices across all sales channels (B2B & B2C) and ensure data quality in channel management and price comparison tools.
  • Offers & Content:
    You will assist with the pricing and creation of new packages and offers, and ensure that they are correctly displayed and maintained on all online portals and hotel websites.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    You have a knack for numbers. You create and manage various reports (e.g., pick-up, market segments, promotional analyses) and prepare ad hoc analyses to support our consultants’ decision-making.
  • System Maintenance & Automation:
    You will manage quotas and agreements in the systems and help identify manual processes to replace them with smart tools.
  • Consultant Support:
    You will assist the Senior Revenue Consultants in preparing for strategy meetings, conducting market analysis, and creating forecast templates.
Here's what you'll need
  • A successfully completed vocational training program in the hospitality industry or a degree in hotel or tourism management.
  • Initial professional experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in reservations, front office, or revenue management.
  • A knack for numbers—but also for people. You’re not afraid of data, reports, and spreadsheets—they’re your playground.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Experience with common hotel systems (PMS, channel managers) is a major plus.
  • An understanding of sales channels and the mechanics of pricing strategies, or the motivation to quickly get up to speed in this area.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

It’s the art of turning numbers, market insight, and strategy into revenue. Those who master revenue management can not only increase a hotel’s revenue but also optimize an entire business model.

That’s exactly why we’re looking for you: a (Senior) Revenue Consultant who loves numbers and is also great with people. Someone who thinks analytically but doesn’t get lost in theory. Someone who not only sees when a hotel is losing revenue, but also knows exactly where and why.

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Revenue Consultant (m/f/d), you help hotels become more profitable—here’s how:

You think outside the box: “That’s how we’ve always done it!” Not with you. You question processes—both within our own organization and at our clients’—and develop strategies that really work.

You combine strategy with automation: Manual processes take time—time that hotels don’t have. You ensure that smart tools not only make work easier but also specifically drive revenue growth.
