We are looking for a

Revenue Coordinator (m/f/d)

Do you have the numbers under control, an eye for detail and a desire to take revenue management for hotels to the next level?

Do you love analysis, but also understand the hotel industry? You don't just want to maintain data, but actively help to make hotels more profitable? Then the role of Revenue Coordinator (m/f/d) at REVARD DIGITAL is just right for you!

You are the interface between our (Senior) Revenue Consultants and operational implementation. You ensure excellent data quality, crystal-clear analyses and support the smooth implementation of smart strategies for our hotel customers in all systems.

For our dynamic team in Berlin we are looking for you as Revenue Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • Rate & channel management:
You support the maintenance and control of prices in all sales channels (B2B & B2C) and ensure data quality in channel managers and rateshopping tools.
  • Offers & Content:
You will help with the calculation and creation of new packages and offers and ensure that these are correctly displayed and maintained on all online portals and hotel websites.
  • Reporting & analyses:
You are a numbers person. You create and manage various reports (e.g. pick-up, market segments, promotion analyses) and prepare ad-hoc analyses as a basis for decision-making for our consultants.
  • System maintenance & automation:
You manage quotas and agreements in the systems and help to identify manual processes and replace them with the use of smart tools.
  • Consultant support:
You will support the Senior Revenue Consultants in the preparation of strategy meetings, market observations and the creation of forecast templates.
What you should bring with you
  • Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or a degree in hotel/tourism management.
  • First professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in reservations, front office or already in revenue management.
  • A knack for numbers - but also for people. Don't be afraid of data, reports and tables - they are your playing field.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Experience with common hotel systems (PMS, Channelmanager) is a big plus.
  • Understanding of sales channels and the mechanics of pricing strategies or the motivation to familiarize yourself with these quickly.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and a very precise way of working.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
What we offer you
Become part of our dynamic team and actively shape the future of revenue management. For us, this also goes without saying:

  • Fair remuneration:
A fair and performance-related salary that is adjusted annually in line with inflation to secure your standard of living and recognize your work.
  • Exciting customers:
The opportunity to manage a wide range of hotels from 3 to 5 stars and gain valuable experience in different areas of the hotel industry.
  • Modern equipment:
A dynamic working environment that offers state-of-the-art technical equipment: You will regularly receive a new Lenovo laptop and an up-to-date iPhone.
  • Flexibility & work-life balance:
A flexible and hybrid approach to working in Berlin that allows you to work remotely for up to five months a year.
  • Recreation:
30 paid vacation days so that you have enough time for recreation and personal interests.
  • Development:
Comprehensive internal and external training opportunities as well as real promotion prospects in a growing company.

If you would like to take revenue management to the next level with us, we look forward to receiving your application!

We are looking for a

(Senior) Revenue Consultant (m/f/d)

Revenue management is more than just numbers in tables. It is the difference between "fully booked" and "profitably occupied." Between a hotel that sets its prices based on gut feeling and one that knows exactly what it is doing. It is the art of turning numbers, market intuition and strategy into revenue. Those who master revenue management can not only increase a hotel's turnover, but also optimize an entire business model.

This is exactly what we are looking for: a (Senior) Revenue Consultant who loves numbers and can also deal with people. Someone who thinks analytically but doesn't get lost in theory. Who not only sees when a hotel is giving away revenue, but also knows exactly where and why.

Your tasks

As a Senior Revenue Consultant (m/f/d) you make hotels more profitable - like this:

You're thinking around the corner: "We've always done it this way!" Not with you. You scrutinize processes - both ours and our customers' - and develop strategies that really work.

You combine strategy with automation: manual processes cost time - time that hotels don't have. You ensure that smart tools not only make work easier, but also increase sales in a targeted manner.

You are one step ahead of trends: you recognize market changes and develop strategies that give hotels a real head start. Your knowledge makes the difference between being a follower and a pioneer.

You are a numbers person, but you also speak "hotel manager": you love analysis, recognize patterns and understand market mechanisms. You can also communicate your knowledge - clearly, comprehensibly and without technical jargon. In short: you are a mix of numbers nerd and communication talent.

What you should bring with you
  • Degree in economics, hotel management or a comparable qualification
  • A knack for numbers - but also for people
Understanding of sales channels, market dynamics and the mechanics of pricing strategies
  • Don't be afraid of data, reports and tables - they are your playing field
  • Experience in the hotel industry or the motivation to learn the ropes quickly
What we offer you

Become part of our dynamic and versatile team in a future-proof industry. Work on exciting projects, develop innovative revenue strategies, take on a lot of personal responsibility and play an active role in shaping the future of revenue management. For us, this also goes without saying:

  • A fair and performance-related salary that is adjusted annually in line with inflation to secure your standard of living and recognize your work.
  • The opportunity to advise a wide range of hotels from 3 to 5 stars. Our projects are varied and offer you the chance to gain experience in different areas of the hotel industry and continuously expand your knowledge.
  • A dynamic working environment that offers state-of-the-art technical equipment: You'll regularly receive a new Lenovo laptop and an updated iPhone to ensure you're equipped with the best technology.
  • A flexible and hybrid approach to working in Berlin that allows you to work from abroad for up to five months a year.
  • 30 paid vacation days so that you have enough time for relaxation and personal interests

If you would like to take revenue management to the next level with us, we look forward to receiving your application!
